Amimpex Inc. was established in 1985 specifically to develop business and cultural projects in the USA and mostly in Hungary. The focus of the programs and business transaction are varied and are coordinated by a few key persons associated with the Company.
Import / Export – to and from Hungary has been the flagship of the Company. The items are predominantly packaging technology related, but often have cultural exchange goals.
Management and Consultancy - The Company has been involved with business management and consultancy in Hungarian and USA companies, to assist them in establishing and developing business in either countries.
Regulatory Consultancy - Under the name Centrum Consulting, the company is available for projects, which are related to medical device or pharmaceutical licensing, regulatory applications and project management.
Investments – Amimpex has made significant investment in developing businesses and business relationships in Hungary and the USA. These investments are managed by the principals of the Company.
Art Management - Under the name of Centrum Management – the Company undertakes art management projects which result in cultural education of the North American public, as well as education of Hungarian society in USA art manifestations.
